Naomi Walker

Naomi Walker, Social Media and Business Manager

Senior Naomi Walker is the Marketing Director for the West High Beak ‘n’ Eye, making her responsible for the newpaper’s social media accounts and business affairs.

Walker is a little undecided when it comes to what she wants to do in the future. She believes she either wants to go to Purdue University in Indiana or Iowa State University. At either of those colleges she would like to study to be either a chiropractor, law enforcement agent or an anesthesiologist.

One thing that Walker does plan on doing is moving to North Carolina with her sister.

“There’s mountains and beaches and I love them both so much,” Walker daydreams.

When not in the newspaper room at school she participates in cheer, National Honors Society, and newspaper. In her free time she also enjoys painting, hanging out with friends and working out.

“I just go with whatever life throws at me. If something goes wrong just keep going because there is nothing you can do to change it now. If you do bad things and don't move forward then you won’t grow,” said E. Brooks.

“I love West High School. I bleed red and white. I’ve been running these hallways since 1963. My dad was a teacher here and I remember coming here with him when I was a little kid. I graduated from here in 1976. I’ve coached several sports here: volleyball, swimming and tennis. I’m just a big supporter of West High School," Jane Kroening said.

Q: Do you think your skills will change at Central? Why or why not?
A: I will always continuously reflect on what I do or try to find something better or new. So yes, but I will still be the same teacher I am now because of what I learned here at West.
