Kaylee Milem, Writing Editor
My name is Kaylee Milem, and I am a junior at Davenport West. This is my second year on staff, and my first as writing editor. I enjoy writing and informing others, as well as being able to share their stories. As well as being on the Beak ‘n’ Eye staff, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and playing with animals. My goals on news staff include: getting out of my comfort zone, better my writing, and pushing myself to cover more stories. I think that newspaper will improve my communication and writing skills, in addition to being able to learn about more perspectives on life.
