Net Neutrality

Net Neutrality, the people behind the vote play a critical role in making this a reality.

On Dec. 14, the Federal Communications Commission voted 3-2 to repeal the net neutrality regulations established during Obama regulations. As reported by the “New York Times”, “consumers will probably not encounter immediate changes to their internet service”.

Additionally, if supporters of net neutrality are successful in taking the order to the courts, there is a chance for the repeal to be reversed. More information on what could happen next can be found here.
